How does the service scheme work and how do we apply?

Our Planned Delivery Service ensures you always have enough oil without the need for you to continually check your tank and to remember to telephone our office for fuel.

 

 

Supremely Convenient

We monitor your usage, and arrange deliveries accordingly ~ so that you never run out. Your home will remain warm whilst you are safely aware that we are looking after your heating requirements.

 

No Added Costs

The cost of your oil, in pence per litre terms, will be the same whether you take a full tank or just four hundred litres. Therefore, there is no small order premium applied.

 

Free of Charge Service

Joining our planned automatic ‘top up’ delivery Service is free of charge and effortless.

 

One telephone call to our office and you can forget all about your heating requirements; we take care of it……plus, there are no joining or annual maintenance fee.

 

Better Budgeting ~ No hidden Charges

With our Budget Account Scheme we agree, with you, a monthly fee, paid via standing order, which is reflective of your consumption.

 

Again, we will monitor this and advise of any required changes to your payments.

 

All first time orders must be paid in full, prior to initiating the budget scheme.
